Avoid
- Treating a building's closing time as permission to buy a ticket or enter at that minute.
- Assuming final admission leaves enough time for every exhibit or scheduled activity.
- Inventing one universal early-arrival buffer when the exact operator publishes none.
- Copying one venue's cutoff pattern to another attraction or future date.
Detailed explanation4 short sections
Find four different clocks
A useful attraction check separates ticket-sales cutoff, last admission, session start and closing. A venue may publish only some of them, and a session may begin before or after a ticket window opens. Write each known value in its own field instead of copying one 'hours' label into every decision.
If last admission is missing, it stays unknown. A closing time does not establish that a visitor can buy a ticket or enter at that minute, and a final admission time does not establish that every activity remains available. Use the exact owner page or contact for the missing field.
Use current examples without generalising
PADO currently displays ticket purchase and admission until 20:00 before a 21:00 close. Underwater World Pattaya currently displays last admission at 17:30 before an 18:00 close. These gaps differ, so neither provides a universal Pattaya rule such as 'last entry is always one hour before closing.'
The examples are operational facts for exact venues as of 14 August 2026. Link to each venue answer for context and recheck the source. Do not preserve the numbers in a future itinerary after a venue changes them, and do not apply an aquarium cutoff to a museum, cinema or market.
Separate ticket windows from sessions
The Sanctuary of Truth currently displays night tickets from 17:30 to 19:30 and its night tour from 18:20 to 20:30. Those fields answer different questions: when the ticket is available and when the night visit operates. A visitor still needs the exact current entry instruction for the intended session.
For a scheduled show, start from its published start time. Pattaya Dolphinarium asks show visitors to arrive 30–45 minutes early. That buffer can be reported because the operator states it. Where an operator gives no lead, choose personal margin but do not publish an invented mandatory arrival rule.
Finish with the whole itinerary
After the four clocks, check required visit time, age or height rules, booking changeability and the return journey. A late admission may technically be allowed while leaving too little time for the desired experience. That is an itinerary decision, not a reason to rewrite the operator's cutoff.
Recheck every volatile example within seven days and on the intended date. This guide publishes no universal queue, visit duration, transport time or grace period. When two sources disagree, keep the affected value unresolved and use the exact venue's dated response rather than averaging the times.
Keep a regulated retail-sale window separate from an attraction's admission and closing times. An operating clock does not prove that a regulated sale is permitted; use the separate, dated alcohol-sales-hours guide for that decision.
