The FDA announcement describes a Mor Prom “pharmacy near me” feature with location information for authorized pharmacies. That is a stronger starting point than a general business-map result because the regulator identifies the underlying authorization data.
Search near the actual Pattaya address. This method does not guarantee that every result is open, stocks a particular medicine or offers service in a particular language.
Verify before relying on the listing
Use the FDA drug-facilities licence-status link to check the premises. Keep the exact business name and address aligned because similar names can refer to different locations.
A partial name match is not enough. If the official result cannot be tied to the exact premises, keep the location unverified and choose another documented candidate or ask the regulator.
Escalate a suspected unlicensed sale
The Thai FDA's English complaint page explicitly includes drugs sold without permission among the concerns it accepts. It publishes 1556@fda.moph.go.th for complaints about health products and FDA services.
Use that channel for a suspected licensing or illegal-sale issue; do not use it as an emergency line or a substitute for diagnosis, prescribing or urgent medical dispatch.
