Choose Na Baan or Tawaen
Tickets for both island endpoints are sold at the same counter. Check which endpoint your sailing serves before paying: a public-ferry ticket to Na Baan is not a ticket to Tawaen. Speedboats have separate sellers, terms and boarding instructions.
Arrive before your ticket window closes
The operator states a general 20-minute ticket-sales cutoff, but its Na Baan 15:30 departure row closes sales at 15:00—30 minutes ahead. Confirm the window for your selected sailing and arrive before that cutoff.
No advance reservations are accepted. If the counter has closed but the departure is still open, the post permits payment at the boat. This is conditional, not a way to reserve a place. A ticket for a missed departure is neither refundable nor valid for a later boat.
What the route evidence establishes
Pattaya City’s 2024–2025 passenger data corroborates the Na Baan and Tawaen route names; it is not a live departure board. DASTA provides location context, but its undated fares and timetable should not replace the operator’s service information.
